MY Construction
MY Construction was established in 2005 by Yoav Tal, a civil engineer by background, with the vision to become a distinctive player in the construction industry. From the outset, MY Construction recognised the importance of in-house expertise and an integrated supply chain, in order to have full control over
the programme and quality of its projects.
Yoav’s commitment to uncompromised quality and unprecedented levels of customer service set the tone.
MY Construction started taking on refurbishments and extensions in NW London, but word got around and we soon became the ‘go to’ company for luxury homes in the area. Satisfied residential clients started to ask MY Construction to get involved with their commercial projects too and MY Construction soon developed into a full-service construction company with extensive in-house capabilities, while retaining a family feel.
Over the past 16 years, MY Construction has established close bonds with its supply chains and recently became an approved installer for Mitsubishi mechanical systems and Vitrocsa minimal windows.
We pride ourselves on the timely and successful completion of hundreds of projects in the UK across a variety of sectors. From prime and super prime residences to hotels, schools, places of worship and offices, we have the experience and vision, no matter how varied the proposal. There is not a lot we haven’t done!
Each project is approached with ambition and diligence.
The strong principles and values with which Yoav and his founding team started the business, are now firmly embedded into the company culture.

The Offer
COLONNADES
This new build development of 6 mews-style houses makes clever use of limited natural light, in a very tight location. MY Construction developed each house with incredible attention to detail. Featuring split floor internal balconies, the design allows natural light to flood each floor of the houses, including the newly formed basements. During construction, the project required extensive temporary works, to prop up the adjoining buildings. The project was delivered using top-down and bottom-up construction simultaneously, to reduce the programme.
