Their Head Office is located in Central Paddington and covers New Homes, Sales, Lettings and Property Management. Our letting & management service sets us apart from our competitors, as we aim to deliver a personalised service to all of our clients by finding innovative ways to make the management of your property as smooth as possible.
We tailor our approach based on your individual needs and we go the extra mile to ensure that expectations are met.
We take pride in our unique style of inspecting your property by carrying out a three month and six monthly thereafter property inspections, with detailed report supported by imagery and a checklist of all the tasks completed. Where recommended, we will advise on repairs and maintenance, and provide quotes from our approved contractors.
Unlike other agencies, we work around the clock to attend to our clients' queries and needs.
Our landlords are assigned to a dedicated relationship manager who is equipped with knowledge and experience, ensuring that we remain compliant at all times.
